For each music album we extract info on the instruments played by artists, the discharge date of the file, and the music genres and Www.magicaudiotools.com styles assigned to the album. The info is grouped into time windows of seven years, e.g. the last time-step incorporates data on albums launched between 2004-2010, and so forth. S1 Desk in S1 File provides some descriptive statistics of the dataset.
